Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be automatically processed by our system to ensure speed and accuracy. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Times
Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays). Your estimated shipping time will be shown at checkout.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary due to customs procedures, tariff assessments, and local delivery conditions in your country.

Shipping Locations
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. Your order may be dispatched from any of these locations depending on stock availability for the item you purchased.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you are based in the United States, tracking may take 1-2 days to update - this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional charges required by their local government or postal service. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.

All goods are imported on behalf of the consignee (you, the buyer). You authorize Healix to import the goods on your behalf and acknowledge that we may delegate this responsibility to a third-party service provider.

Delivery Responsibility
Once your package arrives in your destination country, your local postal service will handle the final delivery. If issues arise at this stage, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local carrier.

Healix will ship your order exactly as specified. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it at the customer’s expense. Refunds for such returns will be issued minus any shipping costs incurred.

Shipping Returns
If you're returning a product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
